HM-X series Hydrogen generator is designed to save your fuel up to 20-70% used in most diesel engines. The saving rate is subject to your engine capacity and the model of HHO system.

All our plates are CNC finish and we use high grade automotive material to isolate and seal the HHO system that will prevent the HHO system from leakage.

When talking about the automotive applications of HHO it is often called Brown gas. HHO gas, also known as oxyhydrogen can greatly increase the fuel efficiency of cars in which it is used. HHO gas is created through a simple process of electrolysis - the car does not run just on HHO but rather a hybrid of gasoline and HHO which powers the car. HHO has been shown to increase fuel efficiency by as much as 60% in some cases.

Water will be stored under the hood of the vehicle and ignited by a spark form the car battery. After being ignited, HHO is converted to water vapor and also releases energy, which sustains this reaction. The electrolysis of the water stored in the car will then begin and HHO or Brown gas will be produced as a result. The hydrogen and oxygen in water are broken down to form a gas called HHO Browns gas. The HHO Browns gas is then burned, and because hydrogen combustion is more efficient than gas combustion, a larger percentage of the energy becomes motion energy that your vehicle utilizes in order to run. The air intake valve of the car's engine will pull this gas into the combustion chamber. When mixed with gasoline, this Brown gas gives vehicles dramatically better gas mileage.

How does this electrolysis process that products HHO Browns gas work? It is powered by the car's battery. In this process, your engine has a cell where HHO gas is made. The HHO Browns gas goes through a tube into the intake manifold of the engine. When the HHO gas makes contact with the intake, it supplements the gasoline you bought as a gas station, increasing your gas mileage. Many people who use HHO Browns gas report fuel mileage savings of 100 percent. But also, this process increases compression, so your car's engine will have more power. Also, emissions will be cleaner.

It greatly improves gasoline combustion. One thing people always seem to over look when it comes to hydrogen technology is the fact that no matter what type of vehicle you own old and new, this technology will work with them all.

Since hydrogen technology uses water to produce hydrogen the emissions put off from this is nothing more than water. That is minus the fact you still need to use regular gas. So it will put out some emissions but will be far less than the vehicle normally puts out. The increased gas mileage from hydrogen fuel technology comes from the HHO gas mixing with your regular fuel. Since hydrogen burns hotter than regular fuel you use more of the gas that you pay for. Helping you increase gas mileage and saving money at the pump. Hydrogen technology has given us all a chance to own a green vehicle without purchasing a new vehicle which uses nothing more than hydrogen fuel technology.

Saving report on above generator set

This Volvo Penta 350kVA diesel generator was fitted with a 300-XD (2 cell) with a power supply 24VDC 18A (each cell) and a pulse width modulator (PWM). The 300-XD runs at 18A consistently at 45C temperature. The generator is used to power the ice cube generator located adjacent to the diesel generator. It runs 24 hours day 6 days a week. The fuel consumption of this generator is 37L/Hr since it runs at 50% load. The first week of running fitted with 300-XD was only 16% fuel savings. The second week, fuel savings increased to 23%. After the third week, the fuel savings recorded at quite consistently at 36%. We have tried to tune up the engine to achieve even higher savings results.
